Widely recognized as a cornerstone of lean manufacturing, the Andon System enables real-time monitoring and response to production issues. With a simple pull or signal, operators can now instantly notify technicians and supervisors of abnormalities—whether mechanical, quality-related, or process-driven. This immediate visibility reduces downtime, accelerates issue resolution, and keeps production running at peak performance.
